1. The Magna Series Reflow ovens utilize a unique , high-thermal mass heating plate designed to evenly transfer heat in a controlled manner to the PCB with very little temperature deviation. Each heater blower motor has independent speed controls for fast, efficient even heating. These highly reliable anti-disturbance motors are designed to easily withstand the higher temperatures consistent with the lead-free process. Due to the efficiency of these heating plates, the start-up time is less than 20minutes. Fresh air is supplied evenly to all zones which ensures a stable air pressure throughout and an efficient, even heating process.

2. The conveyor system comes standard with both a wire mesh and edge /rail combination conveying system. Also standard is the edge /rail lubrication system controlled through the computer allowing the operator to only fill the reservoir approximately every 3 months. The conveyor motors are controlled through the PC to provide a stable closed-loop feedback system for a precise and repeatable reflow process. The rails are made of special aluminum alloy that provides high rigidity and accuracy with very little distortion throughout the system. The system also comes standard with a power lift hood for easy service and maintenance.

3. The standard system offers many safety features and alarms to keep the reflow process under control. There are high and low temperature alarms, PC board tracking to monitor the board in and out of the oven, as well as alarms alerting the operator if there is a problem with the blower motors. These alarms are monitored via the computer, a standard light tower and an alarm buzzer.

4. The Nitrogen option offers an efficient and effective Nitrogen atmosphere to enhance the Lead-free process. This option allows for efficient use of Nitrogen and if a high level of Oxygen is detected, the system automatically infuses Nitrogen into the system to maintain the highest level of Nitrogen purity.
